Our pet-friendly apartments in Austin include spacious floor plans, modern interiors, and convenient access to parks, walking trails, and everyday essentials near downtown and North Austin.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, and any mix thereof. Letter required by a Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Pet fees
Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. $350 non-refundable pet fee for each animal. Monthly rent is $30 per pet.
